• A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• The final payment must be made on or before the completion of services. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The Customer must ensure that all items to be moved are packed and ready by the agreed-upon time unless packing services are included.
• The Customer is responsible for securing all valuable, fragile, or sensitive items and must notify the Company of such items in advance.
• Hazardous, perishable, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.

5. Limitations of Liability

• The Company will not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or natural disasters.
• While the Company takes all reasonable precautions to handle items with care, any loss or damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of the move. Compensation is limited to the declared value of the damaged or lost items and subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
• The Company is not liable for items packed by the Customer unless explicitly stated.

6. Storage Terms

• Storage services are subject to additional terms, including fees, duration, and access rights.
• The Company reserves the right to dispose of items left in storage beyond the agreed period without payment.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be transported or stored by the Company:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, explosives).
• Perishables (e.g., food, plants).
• Illegal items or substances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in a court located within the jurisdiction of La Crosse, FL.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
